Sue and Leo's Online House Sale

We're paring down and cleaning house and putting items online for sale. I plan to add one item every day. If you find something you like, send me an email  and make an offer. I'll be posting antiques, collectibles, furniture, and general house stuff. None of this is garage sale junk - it's just awesome stuff that I need to find a good home for, because Leo and I really want to simplify our lives and we have way too many things - beautiful things, but too many of them - in our life right now. Here are the guidelines for our sale:
Everything is negotiable. I am not very good at pricing this sort of thing. Products, books, and services,  those things I'm great at pricing. Antiques, not so much. So please, even if you see the price and go, "Wow, that's high!" please make an offer anyway. They're really just guidelines, more than anything else. :D

You are responsible for actual shipping costs.  We'll be shipping via UPS and will send you shipping costs before you pay.

We prefer payment via Paypal. If you aren't comfortable with that, mention it in your e-mail and we'll work something out.

No returns.
