Leo's Grandma's Yummy Summertime Dessert

Every once in awhile, when Leo's feeling a little nostalgic, he'll make a dessert that his grandma used to make for him. It's a very simple dessert, and probably not super-healthy, but it's absolutely delicious. Leo added the liqueur for a little extra punch to the flavor. The measurements aren't exact, so just play around with it and see what tastes best to you.

Ingredients:
2 egg yolks
4-6 Tbsp sugar
2+ tsp port wine, or berry-flavored liqueur
Peaches or strawberries, sliced

Okay, so you're going to do this, one serving at a time. You probably can do it all at once, but Leo always does it this way, which is how his grandma did it.

In a bowl, whip one egg yolk with 1 tsp of liqueur and 2-3 Tbsp sugar. Keep whipping until the mixture has the consistency of a thick cream, then pour it over the sliced fruit and enjoy.

It's simple, delightful, and perfect for summer.
